
What is the vision driving the new GSCS Operating Model?
The GSCS vision is to 'help our customers to buy what they want, in order to be what they want to be'.Delivering on this vision requires a mindset switch – everything we do will start and finish with the customer. To achieve this vision, we have designed a new global operating model that delivers a joined-up end-to-end customer experience. This is not an exercise in relabeling what we do today and adding some new capabilities. It’s about fundamentally changing the way we work for our customers.
What does End-To-End Customer Experience mean?
The new operating model team have been focusing on our customers, understanding their needs, what is relevant to them, and then what we need to start to do, to provide them with a consistent, high quality end-to-end customer experience. This starts from the moment they first become aware of Thomson Reuters through buying, installing, using and getting help with our products.
